Abaka H. Jackson is a retired Executive Director of John Hancock Financial Services and UNICARE Life & Health Insurance Company. His experience in Insurance & Financial Services spans over thirty-five (35) years. At John Hancock, he held other positions of Executive Consultant, Executive Underwriter and Manager of Group Operations – Pittsburgh, PA offi ce and the Kalamazoo, MI office.
He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. In addition to a number of management programs at The American Management Association (AMA), Mr. Jackson is an alumnus of The Babson Professional Institute, Wellesley, MA, and The Washington Campus, Washington DC – dedicated to The United States Federal Government Operations. He holds a Business Administration degree with a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, USA. He is a member of the American Association of Chartered Life Underwriters and a member of the American College of Financial Services.
