Abena Obuobi is a professional with 17 years of extensive experience in the reinsurance industry. She is adept at analysing complex risk portfolios, structuring reinsurance programs, and driving profitable growth. She possesses in-depth knowledge of both facultative and treaty reinsurance and has a proven track record of expertise in underwriting, risk assessment, and claims management.
She previously worked with SIC Insurance Plc as a Facultative Schedule Officer in the Reinsurance Department.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon as well as a Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College. She is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG)
