A Chartered Insurer with Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII, UK) and over 16 years experience in Underwriting, Claims management and Reinsurance. He is well acquainted with client service and building profitable long-term relations in insurance, reinsurance and banking.
He holds a BSc. (Hons) degree in Biochemistry and an MBA (Finance) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Mr. Nkrumah started his insurance career from Metropolitan insurance Company (Now Hollard) in 2001. In 2008, he joined Standard Chartered Bank as an SME Business Relationship Manager but rejoined the insurance industry in 2009. Until his appointment as the Chief Operations Officer of GN Re, he was the Assistant Director, Operations at Regency Alliance Insurance (Now RegencyNem).
